Thank you for shopping with us at POLLARUMA! At this time we are not offering any returns or exchanges unless items are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it in unworn, unused and with the original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and product photos will be required for proof of damage. You have within 15 days of purchase to contact us if items are damaged or defective.
